The conditions are pathetic - extreme poverty, overcrowding and lawlessness. It is the biggest slum of Asia, called Dharavi. Mari balmes everything on it, "This place is such...if you don't kill, you will be killed!". It is a simple justification for the several murders he confesses to have committed. Guilty Or Not is a peep into the contradictory world of this young man - Mari 'bhai', godfather of Dharavi.
